Colour Sealing creates a long-lasting, durable layer of protection that prevents dirt and spills from absorbing into your grout. Your original colour or colour of your choice is "locked in" while spills, dirt and stains are "sealed out".
Colour seal is an acrylic grout seal, which comes in a variety of colours.  Colour seals are designed to recolor, seal, and restore existing grout joints. It provides a consistent uniform colour along with an extremely durable & sealed finish. Clean Master services uses only the best! The colour seals we use contain urethane and concrete hardening agents; as well as mildicides that provide a sanitary surface for years.
Before sealing your grout, it is important to have it thoroughly cleaned; otherwise you will be sealing in the stuff you are trying to seal out.
Colour seal should be applied to older floors that have been cleaned or newly installed floors as preventative maintenance.

Will the color seal keep my grout from getting dirty?
YES, it will. The color sealer provides a waterproof, stain resistant durable layer of protection. And with its mildicides, it guarantees sanitation for many years.

Do I have to use special cleaners on my color sealed grout?
Yes, it is recommended to use a Neutral Cleaner. Harsh or Acidic cleaners could break down the seal over time.

How long does the color seal last?
When maintained properly, and depending on the traffic/wear, color seals can last up to 10 years or longer.

Is it expensive?
It is more expensive than conventional sealers due to the product cost and labor involved in its application. But, if you consider its ease of maintenance, durability and life span, it is a better value over clear sealers. Also it is far less expensive than re-grouting or replacing your floor.

How is it different from a clear/penetrating sealer?
A Clear/penetrating sealer sits just below the surface of the grout, preventing staining, but not very effective for preventing soiling. Color Seal not only penetrates the grout, but also coats it, providing superior protection against both staining and soiling, while retaining the texture and appearance of your grout.
